Products ship within 7-10 business days from your order date. During Major sales and promotions orders can take up to 7 days to process.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, addresses,cancellations,etc.

Customized wigs take 14 business days to be completed. The process will begin once the order has been placed.
